With a childhood dream fuelled by imagination and a love for the culinary arts, I have embarked on a journey that has led me to become an Executive Chef. Throughout my career, I’ve come to appreciate food as a simple yet diverse art, each region showcasing its own unique flair rooted in culture, traditions, and nature.

With a heart full of passion and a wealth of knowledge and experience, I combine both to craft dishes that tell a story. Bringing Makila from Elbo to Mekong, my vision is to introduce the flavours and specialties of Basque, French, and Spanish cuisine to Phnom Penh, embracing the unity and cultural sharing that the Cambodian people value.
